
Our Marketing Department works along side every agent to be sure that our Marketing Standards and Systems are implemented the same way for every home. Our systems and standards are the result of years of experience working for the stoic “corporate” real estate companies. We wanted to start from scratch, to think outside of the box, and focus on what sells real estate statistically. From the professional photography and quality brochures, to high-tech internet presence with interactive floor plans, to having each property appraised and inspected for major issues prior to going on the market, we know what it takes to sell real estate and avoid all of the common mistakes that hinder a quick sale or cause a transaction to fall apart prior to closing.

Our Communications Department works along side every agent to be sure that our Communication Standards and Systems are implemented during every transaction. Understanding that poor communication is the single largest complaint most customers have today about their past real estate experiences was critical in our design of the O&E Communication Systems. Moreover, it is imperative that we train, support and assist our Realtor® Professionals in implementing these systems.
We have identified every milestone of a real estate transaction, from the beginning to the end. Each of these milestones requires communication of information from the agent to the client. Having a clear and comprehensive two-way communication system eliminates any chance for misunderstandings, and combined with a quick sale, creates a positive experience overall for our clients.
But our client communication doesn’t stop there. We also have created communication systems designed to keep our Realtor® Professionals in touch with their clients on a regular basis, both before and after a transaction. Every O&E associate must adhere to these systems through the support of this department to ensure that when there is a real estate need, the public will think of O&E first. |
