Ovations & Encores came together out of a desire to create a premium real estate brand. With nearly 60 years of combined sales, service and marketing experience, the founding members of O&E recognized an opportunity to step in and fill a gap – a gap between the way real estate business was being done, and how they felt it could and should be done.
To use an automotive analogy, everyone else locally seemed to be content being the Nissan and Toyota of real estate. We decided that we wanted to be the Bentley – for every home buyer/seller, no matter their budget! Bottom line, we want to create a second-to-none, “raving fan” customer experience for everyone!
Even though O&E does advertise, the vast majority of company business and individual sales associate business comes from word-of-mouth referrals. And we don’t take that for granted. We recognized that in order to be worthy of a customer’s referral business, we had to create and implement a business model that would blow customers away! And we did!
We started with a clean slate. We looked at things from the customer’s perspective, not the company’s. And in doing so, we ended up with a “best-of-all-worlds” approach to business that combines both hi-tech and low-tech systems all in service of the customer.
